Something comfy that allows you to move, think fitted leggings or shorts and a top that won’t ride up. Try to avoid loose/flowy clothing. We are a women only studio, feel free to use our changing room before/after class. Grip socks are a necessity for safety (and style).

Yes! You can purchase our custom designed ÜRTH grip socks in-studio or online.

Just yourself, your grip socks, and a water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered, including the reformer, mats, and chilled vibes.

Each class is 45 minutes, just enough to feel the burn, without burning out.

Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation window. If you cancel with enough notice, your session credit will be returned.

Halifax studio: You can park directly outside the studio in our dedicated ÜRTH parking bays. Please remember to validate your parking when you arrive at the studio to ensure your parking is registered if staying longer than 90 minutes. Leeds studio: Paid parking bays are available on the corner of the building, opposite Vinh Supermarket. There is also on-street parking on Byron Street, which is free after 6pm, or Aldi on Regent Street offers up to 90 minutes of free parking.
